It is still sketchy how the video - featuring two officers working for the police in Lionel Messi’s native city of Rosario in Argentina - was made public, although the woman can be seen putting her hand up to the mobile to stop her colleague filming them before appearing to allow him to carry on recording the sex scene.

According to the representative of the Ministry of Security of Santa Fe, the province Rosario forms part of, said in a statement: “The Ministry of Security of Santa Fe informs, with regards to the video in which two police officers appear having sex in a patrol car, that the Violence and Institutional Office of the local State Prosecutor’s Officer led by Karina Bartocci, has been informed.

“Also a disciplinary probe which will involve the suspension of both officers has been initiated.

“We condemn this extremely offensive incident for the people of this province, given that we're dealing with public servants on duty who should be protecting the lives and security of our people.”

Earlier this month extraordinary footage emerged of two women community police officers in Rosario celebrating the seizure of a cannabis plant.

One of the women was filmed laughing and joking as she held the massive plant up and shouted: “Who wants to smoke this? This is what we took off someone we stopped and searched.

"We asked him, ‘Do you want to run off home and leave us with this or do you want us to take you into custody and he wisely decided to leave it with us and this is what we got.”

Both were ordered to hand in their weapons and uniforms as part of an ongoing probe.

In December a police officer in the Argentinian capital Buenos Aires was filmed snorting what appeared to be cocaine inside his patrol car while on duty.

The cop was still wearing his bulletproof vest when he bent his head down to take the drugs as messages came across his police radio.

The late Maria Ladenburger was raped and murdered while rendering a voluntary service to help migrants in different shelters and homes last year October close to the southwestern Germany city of Freiburg, where her corpse was found.

The 19-year-old medical student was ambushed, raped and drowned while cycling home from a party on the night she was gruesomely murdered.

As result of her gruesome death, there was a serious uproar in the country that made almost everyone to breed untold hatred towards refugees.

But much investigations, the police apprehended Hussein Khavari, as his DNA was linked to traces found at the scene of the crime. But to when interrogated, the assailant lied by claiming he was just 17 years old, so that he could serve a maximum sentence if found guilty at the end.

But his claim was debunked after an age report commissioned set by the prosecutor’s office discovered he was not in way less than 22 as at the time of the crime.

As part of the investigation into his age, German authorities used X-ray images of the suspect’s clavicle and tarsal bones, which were studied in detail.

The results of the investigation will now clear the way for Khavari to be tried as an adult - where he faces a life sentence.

Investigation about his real age came up after the German government found out that Khavari had declared himself a 17-year-old unaccompanied minor in 2013, when travelling from Greece to Germany.

Unknown to German government, the suspect had in the past been given a 10-year sentence in a Greek prison, after he was convicted of throwing a 20-year-old student 25 feet down a cliff in Corfu.

But he failed to report to parole officers in Greece following his early release from a detention centre, and a countrywide search warrant had been issued.

Thus, German authorities slammed Greece for “negligence” in sharing details of Khavari's past, saying this knowledge may have saved Maria Ladenburger’s life.

 A racist named Rezzas Abdulla has been sentenced to prison for spitting on the face of a nine-month-old baby and screamed ‘white people shouldn’t breed’.

Baby Layla-Jean was attacked by Abdulla last January in South Shields while walking on the road with her mum, Rebecca Telford.

The mother of the baby was told ‘shut the f*** up’ then walked off, when she approached Abdulla, perhaps to know the rationale behind his action against her lovely daughter.

According to sources, Abdulla, has had two previous convictions for race-hate attacks on white females, and was later tracked down through CCTV.

Rebecca told the police in a victim impact statement that: ‘I am completely disgusted and distressed that a grown man, regardless of race or religion, would spit on a defenceless baby in a completely unprovoked attack.

‘If he had just walked by I would not have even noticed him, there was no eye contact and no words had been exchanged. I had never seen him before.’

The court heard that Layla-Jeam, now almost two, was taken to the doctor after the attack for tests amid fears she could have contracted TB.

Rebecca added: ‘I believe he spat on her purely because we are white, I was a lone female and an easy target.’

Speaking, Mr Recorder Darren Preston told Abdulla: ‘There is something viscerally horrible and disgusting about spitting at someone, particularly in the face and to do so to a baby was particularly disgusting, let alone to make things even worse when your motivation for doing so is racial hatred.’

Thus, the judge made a reference to Abdulla’s previous convictions and told him: ‘You have got a problem, it seems to me, with white women.’

Speaking after the court case Rebecca added: ‘South Shields is really multicultural, and I have never witnessed anything like this before, between any races. It was horrifying. I am glad he has been brought to justice, but I think he has got off lightly.

‘I am not racist at all but I honestly think if it was the other way round and I had been abusive towards him, then I would have been treated differently.

‘I had been doing a bit of shopping and was just round the corner from my house.

‘I saw a man walking in the opposite direction and then as he passed us he stopped, leaned into the pram, spat on Layla-Jean, and said, ‘White people should not breed’.

‘It was horrendous, I was just so shocked. It was the racism that disgusted me. I started yelling at him and he just walked away.

‘Layla Jean was just nine months old. She did not have a clue what was going on, but she was still distressed.

‘A lady stopped and helped me to wipe her face. I didn’t call the police at first because I was just so worried about Layla-Jean. She was only nine months at the time.

‘I phoned the doctor and I was told that Layla-Jean might need to have a BCG injection, in case she had contracted TB.

‘Normally kids don’t get vaccinated until they are much older, and it would have been a lot for her to go through. Luckily, it wasn’t necessary in the end, but it put me through a lot of worry and stress.

‘I wasn’t sure if the police would take what had happened seriously, because it wasn’t physically violent, but they were fantastic, and managed to catch him within a few days.’

23-year-old Alexander Mitchell who specialises in enticing under aged girls online finally sentenced to 6 years in prison, after he raped a 12-year-old girl while on bail for another s3xual offence against two 13-year old girls.

While Jailing Mitchell at the High Court in Glasgow on Friday, Judge Lord Boyd told him: "You asked a 12-year-old girl to climb in your bedroom window and took advantage of her and raped her.

"At the time you were on bail for having s3x with two 13-year-olds. You have an obvious interest in under-age girls."

The 23-year-old man was given a 12 month jail term in 2014, after being convicted for having an intercourse with two under aged girls. After which he returned to court after being freed concerning the rape of the 12-year-old, but finally jailed again on Friday for 5 years.

Mitchell’s latest prey was reached via social media, where he arranged a meeting with her, encouraged her to get into his house through one of the windows, even though he was still in bail for similar offence with a warning never to have any contact with girls under the age of 16.

People living around the neighbourhood alerted the police after seeing the girl climbing through his window.

According to advocate depute Ian Wallace Mitchell had appeared pale, sweaty and fidgety on sighting them but had claimed there was no one else in the house.

The girl was later spotted in a bedroom but she claimed she and Mitchell had just been talking and smoking cigarettes.

Record shows that in March last year, she exposed how Mitchell had raped her during her visit in June 2014. She said she had not told police at the time because she was "scared of getting into trouble", the court heard.

Mitchell was also placed on the sex offenders' register, after his sentence was announced.

Pandemonium in France as a black youth worker named Theo was said to have been allegedly attacked s3xually by a French policeman with a baton in Aulnay-sous-Bos.

According to sources, the 22-year-old Theo got arrested in one of the estates called ‘3000 estate’ in the northeast district of Paris, after a group was arrested. The victim, identified as a 22-year-old man named Theo, was arrested on Thursday during a raid.

The policeman during the process ‘attempted to arrest a 22-year-old man’, and when he resisted arrest, teargas was used on him and ‘one of them used an expandable baton’, as reported by the prosecutor’s office.

The cruel act resulted into serious injuries which also affected his rectum in such a way that required him to undergo a significant surgery. During investigation, the doctor handling his case discovered Theo had suffered ‘a longitudinal wound in the anal canal’ and ‘a section of the sphincter muscle’. He would remain in hospital on 60-day medical leave.

An edited video clip which shows details of the crime was also posted online, though the areas which covered the suspected rape was deleted.

The victim while testifying of his ordeal to his legal counsel stated how ‘violent’ identity check officer ripped off his bag and continued to beat him up.

“I didn’t try to run away. I told the officers: ‘You’ve torn my bag’, to which they replied that they didn’t give a damn. They all tried to grab me. I asked them why they were doing this, but they just continued to throw insults at me.

He told me to put my hands behind my back. They put handcuffs on me and then they told me to sit down. They sprayed tear gas in my face and then I had an ephemeral pain in my buttocks. My trousers were lowered. I was in serious pain.”

 Consequently, one of the officer was later accused to have had the victim raped with a police baton, as well as three other officers who were also accused of assault.

The actions of these police officers sparked off several demonstrations in Aulnay-sous-Bois, with inscriptions saying “Just for Theo” on their shirts and banners.

Thompson admitted 12 charges of s3xual activity with a child, s3xual activity in the presence of a child, inciting a child to engage in s3xual activity, causing a child to watch a s3xual activity, attempting to arrange a child s3x offence and making and distributing indecent photographs of children.

He was jailed for a total of 27 years and eight months, plus an extended five-year licence period.

He was also given a s3xual harm prevention order and will be on the s3x offenders’ register
