So far the family have gotten over £100,000 in benefits in the most recent year.

When Arnold inquired as to whether they anticipate adding to their eight-in number brood, Arnold replied: "You never know.

"When my eight children are working how much will the government be collecting in taxes from them? The government will benefit from us living here in better conditions.

"They have to live like any other children not in this kind of condition. It is like they're being ignored by the authority, like any other children they deserve respect and dignity, it's their right.

"I want to make a contribution to society, I don't like lazy people- my dad told me to work hard and I have always been.

"People should take responsibility when they're supposed to and Luton council had a responsibility to find us accommodation suitable for our needs."

Arnold uncovered he had £15,000 set aside from working at a distribution center in Paris - yet halted work when he moved to Luton in 2012.

According to him, the whole money were spent leasing an expansive five room house in Luton before swinging to the council for assistance.

"I love working, I have been working for the last 13 years, my intention was just to live and study while my family were still in France but my wife couldn't do it."

"I lived with my friend and I was feeling very sad because the home I left was beautiful. It was a massive flat with a garden and the nicest place I have ever lived, it had a garden, a dining room, a lounge and six bedrooms.

"I rented a five bedroom house here to give my kids the same standard of life but I couldn't keep it.

"Everything I own I bought before moving to England, in Paris we lived a very different life."

He wondered why English family moving into Paris are given a rousing welcome with their rights being protected and is amazed why the same is not being reciprocated by the British government.

BRITAIN: Autism Self Advocacy Network [ASAN] condemns the approval giving to a mother to kill her disabled child

The killing of Nancy Fitzmaurice, a seriously handicapped kid who was not dying, has made worldwide waves with disability advocates particularly offended. Nancy's mom had asked for her girl to be executed and was conceded endorsement by the British legitimate framework. While the 12-year-old Nancy had huge inabilities, she could breathe all alone and did not require life support.

As result of starving of Nancy through the withholding of liquids, the Autism Self Advocacy Network [ASAN] has discharged an announcement condemning this choice, calling it "troubling" and "concerning".
The Advocacy group went on to say that:

The decision constitutes an extremely troubling legal precedent, representing the first time the British legal system has allowed a child breathing on her own, not on life support and not diagnosed with any terminal illness, to be killed by the medical system.

“Euthanasia of people with disabilities is an extremely dangerous and wholly inappropriate solution to inadequate pain management. In cases where painkillers are insufficient, a number of alternatives for pain management exist. A policy of euthanasia targets vulnerable people, particularly when it is applied to children. People with disabilities who experience chronic pain should have same access as others to life-sustaining medical treatment.

When parents and physicians have the ability to authorize the killing of disabled children, we see serious abuses. Recently, ASAN and twelve other disability rights groups filed an amicus brief in a case challenging the University of Wisconsin Hospital’s practice of counseling parents to withhold care from children with disabilities for treatable but life-threatening medical conditions. In one such instance, a child with developmental disabilities died after a hospital doctor advised his parents that they could withdraw his feeding tube – which provided fluids and nutrition – based on his supposedly low “quality of life.” The medical condition supposedly justifying this measure was treatable pneumonia. The child died the next day, after administration of morphine. Such actions demonstrate the results of a policy that allows families and clinicians to discriminate on the basis of disability in the application of life-sustaining treatment.”

It was reported that (ASAN) furthermore was “concerned that the voices of people with disabilities with similar support needs were not heard in this discussion.”

In spite of Riley's extreme head wounds, Wickens, who was 22 at the time, then neglected to summon any medicinal help for his child.

What's more, when Riley's mom returned home with Jayden from shopping, Wickens left her to find her ‘dying or dead child' in his bed, the court listened.

Paul Dunkels QC, defending, narrated to the court '[Wickens] wishes to express his deep regret and remorse. He lost his temper and shook Riley and slammed his face down on to his cot.'

So sad how a car seat killed this child.

Presently, Shepard's folks are resolved to ensure this catastrophe doesn't happen to whatever other child.

The young man was in the home of his authorized childcare contractor. At snooze time, he was swaddled and set in his auto seat. Since Shepard had a runny nose and little blockage, the childcare contractor thought he would rest better in the upright position the auto seat gave.

Because he was not in a moving car, the straps were left unfastened and off of him. The child nodded off, and his head tumbled down in a button to-mid-section position, which shut his aviation routes. Man accepts disabled son

A man brought up his child with mental and physical handicaps alone for a long time before finding he wasn't the father.

He said he wants to be fire fighter, a specialist, a vet… But I don't know whether he'll ever get the opportunity to be those things.

Though he is seven, despite everything he kicks, shouts, swears and breaks things.

He can't deal with his temper and he has no companions.

Be that as it may, he isn't mischievous – Thomas was conceived with fetal liquor syndrome (FAS), a long lasting, serious condition brought on by drinking amid pregnancy, which can bring about extreme mental and physical incapacities.

I met Thomas' mum – my ex Sophie* – when I was a 21-year-old tiling trainee in Yorkshire.

Only four weeks into our relationship, she let me know she was pregnant.

She'd let me know she'd had the preventative infusion, so I was stunned, however I didn't need her to have the baby aborted, assuring her that if a baby is born, they will make it work together.

Be that as it may, Sophie – who had spent her adolescence in care home – wasn't prepared for the duties of parenthood and drank all through the pregnancy.

Although I told her to quit drinking, I never had any idea about the danger drinking during pregnancy could lead to. We were told by the Department of Health guidelines that it is safest not to have any drink during pregnancy.

We knew it wasn't working and she concurred Thomas ought to live with me, while she stayed in touch.

By then I was working in a petrol station, yet quit to take care of Thomas.

I had no way out other than to depend on benefits – he required me.

I went to child rearing gatherings, yet I was dependably the main man and thought that it was overwhelming.

It was detaching, particularly as my family lived far away.

Thomas hit the typical markers of slithering, strolling and chattering, however he was small.

Be that as it may, when he was two, he was all the while wearing nine-month-old child garments.

Couple told to adopt their own child, for failing to tick consent box form

couples told to adopt own child

An NHS hospital has told a British couple that because they failed to tick a consent box form for a fertility treatment, they will be made to adopt their own child.

The family division of the High Court heard the couple - who for legal reasons identity cannot be made public - had fruitful treatment at a fertility centre.

However strangely, after the child was conceived, a review by the center found the mum had neglected to tick a container concurring that her partner would be the lawful guardian of any child conceived from the treatment.

The centre initially found the blunder in August 2014 - yet the couple did not discover until March of the next year when they were advised they could begin procedures to adopt their youngster.

The parents of the child got their treatment at the Hewitt Fertility Center, which happens to be part of the Liverpool Women's Hospital NHS Trust.

After the case was taken to the law court, the presiding judge Mr Justice Peter Jackson decided that the couple were the legitimate parents of the kid.

In a verdict made on July 5 this year he said: “The distress caused by an unnecessary mistake of this kind cannot be overstated.

“It has caused this couple, like others in their position, well over a year of anxiety and led them into completely needless legal proceedings.”

He further added that: “The absence of no more than a centimetre of ink in a tick box is nothing more than an understandable error.

“The failure to spot it was highly regrettable, but I have no hesitation in finding that the consent required by the statute was given, albeit that the form itself was incompletely completed.”

The court heard the facility had inspected 178 cases and discovered four mistakes in their printed material - however it was revealed that only one such case led to the birth of a child.

Mr Justice Jackson depicted the little tick box as a precarious situation.

In his word: “I would invite the HFEA (Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority) to consider whether this part of the form is not in fact superfluous at best and a potential trap at worst.”

He said the postponement of eight months in educating the family regarding the blunder couldn't be advocated.

He included saying: All that said, this was treatment that was professionally given in every other regard and has prompted the happiest of results.

“I therefore bring the proceedings to an end with pleasure.”

A representative for the Women's stated that: “Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust is extremely sorry for our failure to ensure that a consent form was correctly completed in the course of a couple’s fertility treatment at the Hewitt Fertility Centre in 2009.

“We contacted the couple involved to apologise and offer them support.
