Man drowns step-daughter

One Jose David N. has been sentenced to a 100-year jail term after a video footage showing how he repeatedly tossed his three-year-old stepdaughter in swimming pool where she was forcefully suffocated.

According to the frightening surveillance camera, the murderer was caught tossing the child into the pool in one of the hotels in the city of Morelia, in the south-western Mexican state of Michoacan in August 2015.

The video footage revealed how she was struggling to keep herself above water, while the killer remains along the edge of the pool doing nothing.

The vulnerable young lady couldn't swim, and it was so amazing how different bathers did nothing to attempt and spare her.

Unfortunately to the child’s mom, who is a medical attendant, she never knew that her child was dead until after she had made one more visit to the pool with her husband.

They then came back to locate the dead young lady before the TV, provoking them to take her to hospital.

She passed on a brief timeframe later. The mother asserted she didn't have any acquaintance with her little girl was being abused until she saw the stunning video cuts.

It was on the 12 August 2015 that the sad incidence took place, while the young lady's mom was resting in their lodging room.

It brought on shock in South America after the footage was made open a year ago.

The little girl’s step-father (Jose) was well informed that his stepdaughter couldn't swim yet argued shock subsequent to being informed that she had suffocated, the court listened.

Be that as it may, the video footage sufficiently demonstrated to convict him and see him imprisoned with no probability of parole.

Though Jose stayed quiet all through his homicide trial and did not affirm. Prosecutors had prescribed a jail sentence of up to 40 years.

Be that as it may, a judge made his discipline more serious in the wake of auditing the footage.

It indicates him remaining at the poolside as her arms thrash noticeable all around.

She connects for help, before tossing in a lifebuoy, however the young lady is excessively powerless, making it impossible to snatch it.

At a certain point he discards her in and strolls before returning and hurling her back in when she is completely dressed.

After consideration, judges Juan Salvador Alonso Mejia, Ana Lilia Garcia Cardona and Noe Reyes Millan discovered him liable of exasperated homicide.

The judge, Garcia Cardona, who read the sentence, said that not just did the man toss the little child into the swimming pool a few times, he even went as far as dragging her hair under the water.

He then held her small body in such a position, to the point that she was not able relax.

Due to the heartlessness of the man, all efforts put by his defence in attempting to propose that the young lady had kicked the bucket outside the pool and not in the water, but rather this was rejected by the judges.

The mother little girl’s mum made frantic effort to save her daughter’s life by rushing her to the hospital after acknowledging she wasn't breathing and specialists affirmed she had kicked the bucket.

The stepfather was captured and incarcerated a brief span later.
