The Kaduna
State Police has successfully apprehended a man aged 32 for supposedly
assaulting a 14-year-old to unconsciousness.
The news was
made available to journalists by the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO),
ASP Aliyu Usman, on Wednesday said the suspect, Hamza Abdullahi, who lives in
Rigasa, Igabi Local Government Area of the state purportedly baited Faiza
Salisu (14), to his room which is inverse the family place of the said casualty
where he assaulted her indecently.
According to
sources, the culprit took some s*x improvement drugs which empowered him, and
in the process continued engaging in s*xual relations with the casualty until
she caved in.
When he
detected that the youngster was oblivious, the culprit immediately called a
Tricycle driver to help in taking the casualty to a hedge nearer to the house
where he expected to dump her.
Good fortune,
in any case, ran out on him when a family member of the casualty saw her being
conveyed into the tricycle.
She raised
alert which pulled in passers-by. In the wake of seeing the state of the
casualty, they pounced on Hamza Abdullahi. The suspect was spared by men from
Rigasa Police Divisional office, who took him away.
Addressing
the media at the police station, the culprit consented to have had fornication
with Faiza Salisu (casualty), however said it was with her assent since he
guaranteed to reward her monetarily.
Hamza, who
negated the affirmation that he took some s*x upgrade drugs, said he just took
'manpower' sold by a few ladies around the zone.
Accordingly,
the PPRO has said examination was still on, and that the suspect would be
charged to court after examination.
In another
advancement, the police as of late captured an elementary teacher for s*xually
manhandling a minor in Lagos State.
