MANCHESTER: Hooligans sentenced to 30 years Imprisonment for gang-raping a school girl

Three hooligans have been reported to have drugged a schoolgirl at a local gathering gang-raping her in an embarrassing and debasing assault.

The hooligans whose identities were given as: Lukas Koky, 23, Daniel Thomas, 23, and Mohammed Mustafa, 19, 'took it in turns’ to assault the young girl at a house in Moss Side, Manchester.

The trio have been given 30 years imprisonment.

According to Manchester Crown Court heard the school girl fell prey to the assailants in the early hours of November 21 a year ago.

According to sources, she was out with a companion in Manchester downtown area when she met a substantial gathering of men who welcomed them back to the gathering.

It was there the girls were given some drinks and also drugged.

The casualty later told police that ‘her head was spinning and she could not stand’ at the point she wound up in the lavatory with five men.

According to Prosecutor Shirlie Duckworth she was subjected to an embarrassing and debasing assault by each of them.

The moment they ended the assault the bothered young lady rang 999.

Thus, the young lady's prints were recouped from the lavatory, and Koky, of Rolls Crescent, Hulme, Thomas, of Beresford Street, Moss Side and Mustafa, of Thorncombe Road, Moss Side, were gotten by DNA proof.

Though two of the aggressors are still at large, except the three followed conceded to assault upon the arrival of trial.

Presently Koky has been imprisoned for 12 years and three months, while Mustafa was given 10 years and nine months youth incarceration.

Daniel Thomas was additionally engagged in a fight in the early hours of January 9 after he was accused by Mustafa's for "snitching" - despite the fact that he had given a 'no comment, discussion.

Thomas conceded sexual assault, affray, and having a bladed article, and was imprisoned for 11 years.

Sentencing, Judge David Stockdale QC let them know: “(The victim) was screaming in protest throughout the ordeal, but her protests were ignored.

"When her ordeal was over she was left alone in the bathroom, shaking and crying.

“This was a brutal and cynical series of rapes committed, by you, on a vulnerable young girl when she was incapable of offering any meaningful resistance.”

It was also made known that each of the guilty parties is liable to the Sex Offenders Register forever.

Officer Constable James Coles of GMP's City of Manchester Team, stated that: “The girl has been put through a disgusting and harrowing ordeal with detrimental effects on her wellbeing.

“Today’s outcome will provide little comfort to her but I hope she will find some closure.

"Thanks to her courage and bravery, these men have been jailed for their horrendous crimes.


"They are safely behind bars and are no longer able to prey on young girls.”
