A thirty-year-old James Sharp had denied infuriating public decorum
after being accused by a witness that he and Maxine Cocks, 42, were having sex
in a park in Ramsgate.
Cocks, who has already been jailed for a year on the same
charge, was seen half dressed in a onesie running topless around Warre
Recreation Ground last August
But Margate Magistrates’ Court ruled that the evidenced provided
were not sufficient to convict her partner.
According to the prosecution both Cocks and Mr Sharp were
high on drugs when they went to the park last year.
Nevertheless, the 30-year-old told the court that both he
and Cocks had taken drug medication and his girlfriend had taken the wrong
dosage.
He further stated that: ‘We were messing about in the park.
Maxine fell over a couple of times, and her breasts fell out.
