Two individuals identified as Kevin Fowler, 24 and Aislyn Miller, 24 are in detention following a protest on child abuse after medical attendants told police it was the "worst case of child abuse" they had ever observed in the history of their profession.

Following the complaints, the Owasso police were dispatched on Friday to investigate a kid mishandle call. Two kids had been transported to a clinic before police landed at the emergency care unit.
