After exchanging some punches with her 51-one-year-old
husband’s new wife publicly on their wedding day. Magdalene Charmunowa is set
for a serious legal tussle as she appears in court
According to report, the lady went up the extent of
threatening that she was going to also beat up her husband, as he watched with
a great deal of perplexity as his 46-year-old bride being beating up. The woman
was so smart that, she was able to storm the venue of the wedding prior to the
official exchange of marital vows.
She then told the officials conducting the wedding that the
man is her husband who already had four kids with her. Thus forcing the court to
halt the event as they found out beyond reasonable doubt that he is still
legally obliged to his wife
Here are excerpts of the woman’s comments “He is my husband
and we got married in 1992 in Chiendambuya. We have four children and our
marriage is still subsisting. He has not divorced me. I only discovered that he
wanted to marry his girlfriend when I saw a profile picture of her on his
phone.
We stay together in our matrimonial house in Crowborough
here in Harare but he leaves me in the house and goes to co-habit with his girlfriend
in Mufakose.”
