A court has been told how an under aged girl was made to
hold another girl’s hand for comfort while she was being raped behind a van b 6
men who are now facing prosecution.
The victim of raped when she between the ages of 13 and 17
in the wake of being focused as "vulnerable" by a gang of a Traveling community in Oswestry, Shropshire,
prosecutors affirm.
It was additionally claimed that one man held the young
lady's leg while another did rape her and was recorded on a cell phone, while
the act is being carried out as was narrated to the court.
John Philpotts from the Crown Prosecution Service told Mold
Crown Court that the men took advantage of her vulnerabilities to use and abuse
her sexually”.
James Dean Evans, 21, of Alvaney View in Elton, confronted
with three charges of assault, and Jimmy Dean Holden, 20, of River View caravan
part, Tan House Lane, Widnes, confronted with two counts of assault, Silvester
Martin Price, 19, of Ascot Close, Albany Park, Oswestry, also confronted with
one assault charge, Danny Arthur Roberts, 31, of Park Hall Caravan site,
Oswestry, has two assault charges and Billy Joe Evans, 21, of Park Hall troop
site, Oswestry, confronted with one count of assault.
Rocky Evans, 22, of Old Hall Road, Elton, Chester, is given
four charges of assault, one charge of rape, and two charges of individuals trafficking
for s3xual misuse.
A drug and alcohol worker was got told by the victim how she
had been assaulted more than once and was "passed around" by a
gathering of men.
The victim narrated saying she had been acquainted with
Rocky Evans through another young lady, and that he would lift her up in his
van and "pressurize me for sex for ages and ages".
She included: “That is what they are like. I used to say no
all the time but because they pester you so much I have just got to give in and
do it.”
The young lady explained how she had made several attempts
to leave it yet they would bolt the van entryways. "They will not let you
go until they get what they want," she told police.
Mr Philpotts told the jury it was assault since she didn't
really assent, however submitted to it under duress.
The first occasion when she got into the van she anticipated
that she would go and chill or associate with them, or have a couple drinks.

Mr Philpotts said that courses of action were made through
another young lady, via Facebook or specifically after it was charged the other
