Father of a 14-year-old charged for slapping and choking her, after the girl was alleged to have posted a nude pictures of herself

According to a police report, 45-year-old Christian Amason grabbed a teenage girl by the throat following a dispute with her mum after it was revealed how the girl shared her nude pictures on Facebook.

It was alleged that he slapped the girl on the upper and lower body before grabbing her with both hands, cutting off her airways, according to Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee, US.

News.com.au reported that officers stated how he intervened when the girl prevented her mother, Norma Amason, from spanking her.

However, it was claimed by the daughter that the fight intensified when her father allegedly began grabbing her by the throat with both hands, cutting off her airways and choking her.

According to police interviews, both parents allegedly admitted to hitting their daughter.

The couple narrated saying, they became very angry when they discovered their daughter had posted nude pictures of herself on Shapchat.

Snapchat allows users to share photos that expire and are erased from the mobile social media platform.

Amason apparently told police officers he lost control and began hitting and choking his daughter.

He was taken into custody and charge with child neglect. Child protective services were notified in regard to the assault of a child.
