BREAKING: Another plus for the PDP as tribunal strikes out petition against Senator Mark.

The re-run Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Makurdi today (Thursday) struck out Daniel Onjeh of the APC against Senator Mark.

This was a result of the late submission of the petition after the stipulated 21 days, as given in the constitution.

Justice Chinyere Gloria Anulube, in here ruling pronounced the petition as ‘defective and incurably bad’ that is to say, that the tribunal lacks the jurisdiction to entertain the suit.
