How it terrible it is to hear a
teenager s3xually assaulting a 12-year-old over and over in her own particular
home until she was compelled to ask for a ‘morning-after pill’ at a clinic.
The rapist identified as Jack
Simpson, aged 18 has been convicted and sentenced to 12 months youthful
wrongdoers’ institution. Simpson conceded to the crime saying that the crime
was done on the premise the sex was consensual.

The court was told how Simpson
met the teenager via social media (Facebook) in September 2014, and the match

said the sexual relationship with the defendant began in March 2015. This
continues for a four-month period.
“She did say the sexual activity
stopped once Mr Simpson had been warned off by Social Services.”
Simpson, of Barnoldswick,
Lancashire, conceded assaulting a an under aged who is less than 13 years old
on the premise the sex was consensual.
He acknowledged it had happened
as often as possible yet denied it happened each time they met.
Jeremy Coleman, extenuating, said
a specialist's report demonstrated Simpson was juvenile for his age and did not
fathom the impact his activities would have on his casualty.

requested to sign the Sex Offender's Register for a 10-year period and made
subject of a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order which restrains his contact
with kids.
