Disabled couple banned by GP

People should start being careful about two much complain whenever they visit their GP for medical appointments, as it could lead to an unpleasant consequences to them.

Report has it that a disabled husband and wife were banned by the local GP surgery, because he could not withstand their complaints anymore, because each time the couple went to the GP, which is at least once per week, they always complain.

Sources has it that Raymond Rose and his wife Susan were always complaining about being given the ‘wrong’ medicine and the amount of holiday being taken by their doctor.

Thus, managers at the Greenway Community Practice in Bristol have become sick of their whingeing and told them not to come back.

The couple, both 68, were given until Wednesday to find a new surgery or risk being unable to get access to their long-term prescriptions.

The practice defended its actions and said they were taken within NHS England guidelines.

Mr Rose said: “I think it is outrageous.

“I am well within my rights to complain if I don’t think the care is up to scratch and I think it is disgusting that they have blacklisted myself and my wife.”

However practice manager at Greenway Community Practice, Matt Wood, said: “We are unable to comment on this specific case due to patient confidentiality.

“Any decision to remove patients from our practice list is only taken after consultation with NHS England and in accordance with their guidelines.”
