Mother 46 rapes her daughter’s boyfriend aged 13

A court has been told how Elain Goodman aged 46 raped her 13-year-old daughter’s boyfriend. According to her the awful act took place in the car after the teenage boy sneaked out of his parents’ home at the midnight to meet her.

The lady however expressed her regression as she said she was "truly, truly hurt" by her actions and pleaded guilty to the offence.

However the lady walked free from court after her lawyer said putting her behind bars was not the answer.

James Liguor told the judge his client was sorry and "hurt to the core by how much she hurt so many people".

The lady’s arrest was done following a tip off and later charged with fourth-degree rape after Smyrna police received a report claiming the woman had sex with a minor.

As if that was not enough, she went further to exchanged text messages with a friend saying the boy “is so cute” and had a “nice a** body”, according to court documents.

The boy had snuck out of his home early morning on March 15, 2015, to meet with Goodman around 1am until 4:30am where they engaged in intimate acts inside her car.

The boy at one point told the Children’s Advocacy Center that Goodman kissed him and undressed before they had sex, reports New York Daily News .

Police recovered DNA evidence from Goodman’s vehicle, clothing and the cell phone she used to communicate with the boy.

Goodman wept in court, acknowledging that her actions “hurt people,” which was “terrible.”

"I know sorry is just a word, but I really am," she said.

Deputy Attorney General Denise Weeks-Tappan said the mother only thought about herself without considering the boy’s well-being.

“The crime has affected the victim in many ways,” Weeks-Tappan said. “He's hurt, embarrassed and it is affecting his schooling.”

She was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to attend sexual disorder counseling and to be registered as a sex offender.
