A 15-year-old schoolboy whose who sexually assaulted his
five-year-old brother and four-year-old sister has been jailed for about five
years. For some legal reasons, the boy’s name is withheld, though he finally
pleaded guilty to the offence in front of a trial at Liverpool Crown Court.
The young boy, from Merseyside, initially denied the
offenses after his younger sister narrated to their mum concerning her
difficulty while returning home from school.
She went ahead to inform police concerning her kin's
appalling and yucky wrongdoings.
The Liverpool Echo reports Charlotte Kenny, indicting, told
the court said: He protested his innocence. When they got home, he was seen to
punch the wall in anger.”
The court was told the subjects' mum fears her children will
one day remember the cruelty
Ms Kenny stated: “She details how her family changed forever
following that disclosure.”
Judge Steven Everett talking said: “One can only hope
because they are so young the memory will fade.”
The high schooler shook forward and backward in the dock and
grasped his head.
Their mum, who cried in publicly, said she cherished and
needed to do her best to give good care to all her children
But specialists said the teenager had attention shortfall
hyperactivity issue, conduct issue and substance misuse issue.
In her speech, Judge Everett said: “In reality this
defendant was predisposed to drinking too much alcohol and taking drugs.”
The 15 year old conceded assaulting and sexually striking
his sister and two counts of rape he made against his younger brother.
Andrew McInnes, defending, said he had beneath normal
knowledge and thought that it was hard to appreciate the ramifications of what
he has done.
Judge Everett said it was an extremely tragic case including
horribly grave offenses.
He went further to say “This was a terrible thing. Despite
all your difficulties at 13 or 14, and no doubt all of the difficulties of
growing up, in terms of hormones and sexual approach of a teenager, you would
have known that what you did was wrong.
“This is I suppose a real classic example of what sadly
happens when one person within a family commits offences on other family
members. It just tears the family apart.
“One can only have huge sympathy for your mum. How does she
deal with this?
“It’s highly unlikely in truth that you will ever see your
siblings again.”
The judge said if it were an adult that was found guilty of
sex offence, he/she would have been sentenced to no less than 15 years in
prison.
The kid wailed as he was given four years and nine months in
a correctional facility and advised to sign on the Sex Offenders Register
forever.
