A married
woman has been given a jail term for lying to government officials she had parted
with her trucker spouse 12 years prior.
A CHEAT securing
benefits as a lonely mum was uncovered after authorities discovered her spouse’s
underpants in a drawer.
The 48-year-old
Carol Pounder, let them know she split from trucker John in 2004, and stashed
more than £11,000 in lodging benefits and income support.
