A South Carolina lady who went to pay a visit to a friend in
York admitted to coercively raping the friend’s 12-year-old girl, as indicated
by charges recorded by the Southern Regional Police Department.
Victoria Jean Johnson, 20, of Summerville, South Carolina,
is being detained in York County Prison under a $75,000 secured bond on charges
she held the young lady down and sexually assaulted her, as shown in the
documents containing details of the charges.
Johnson is accused of uncontrolled diverge sexual contact,
rape, aggressive indecent assault on teenager below 16 year of age and
debasement of minors.
Records show that, Johnson was just few days into the town
when the incidence occurred Aug. 12. Police were called to the casualty's home
at around 2 p.m. that afternoon, and upon their arrival they discovered Johnson
crying on the sofa.
Johnson told officers she had committed a major error, the
records said.
Police asked what she implied, and Johnson reacted by
inquiring as to whether she was going to imprisoned, the report said. At the
point when police inquired as to why she would go to prison, Johnson said she
would be jailed for raping her companion, as shown in the documents.
The officers cuffed her and took her out of the house before
conversing with her further. Once in the back of a police patrol vehicle,
Johnson opened up to the officers about what had occurred, the reports said.
What happened: After being conveyed to the police station
and read her rights, Johnson told the officers she and the young lady had
rested in the same bed the prior night, and there had been no past sexual
interest, the reports said. In any case, that morning, the two started a
discussion — the reports did not expound on the subtle elements of the exchange
— that got Johnson in the disposition, as indicated by the records.
