BREXIT WILL BE TOUGH, BUT........

Theresa May

Theresa May, who is contending for the leadership of the Conservative Party  and currently Home Secretary has said that the UK will come out of the EU with a “better, brighter future”, but warns the country faces “tough times” as it leaves the EU.

Theresa May says that a female PM will bring “honesty” and a greater focus on “delivery” in number 10 Downing Street, suggesting that men play game with politics.

The Home Secretary also called on people not to tag her as a “remainer” due to her campaign to keep the UK in the EU, stressing that she is “very clear Brexit means Brexit”.

Mrs. May said that she is not the “new Margaret Thatcher”, while describing  Thatcher as “absolutely unique”.

Mrs. May happens to be the longest-serving Home Secretary in the a century, and came out first in the second poll of Members of Parliament with a vote of 199 out of 330.

However, the final decision on who leads the country out of the EU rests with the party’s 150,000 rank-and-file members of the Conservative Party.
