Mass withdrawal from school after parents discovered their children were being asked if they have ever had sex?

Controversial questionnaire that caused mass withdrawal

It appears some school teachers are beginning to breach the boundary of their assigned duties at school.

The excesses of some teachers have infuriated Brandy Sobotka-Ramos after the teacher to her 9-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son asked the children if they have ever had s3x.

The mother of those children discovered the horrible questions being asked the children, when they began to ask what anal and oral s3x is all about, thus making her embarrassed.

Also the teacher asked if the children had been fondled, loved, and if at any time their parents had been given any prison terms or made any attempt to commit suicide.

The controversial questionnaire is filled out by new pupils in order to “help understand the challenges the children are dealing with."

But Brandy is disgusted and is calling for the member of staff at Heritage Academy, in the US state of Idaho, who issued the questionnaire to be sacked.

“I never dreamed I would be explaining anal and oral to my babies," she told Fox News.

“My children were required to complete this in class and were told it was not optional, but anonymous unless they chose to include their names."

Consequently, other parents also pulled their youngsters from the school saying it's an "invasion of our children's innocence," while a dedicated Facebook page has also been set up with people venting their fury.

Sara Bateman, who has an 11-year-old at the school, said: “This has definitely impacted our town.

"Parents feel betrayed and are very hurt. Many of us are looking to take legal action and I have personally been in contact with many officials.”

The organisation in charge of the governance of the school has swiftly reacted to the plight of the parents via its Facebook page, appreciating them for speaking out to express their displeasure on the issue, and have also booked an appointment with the parents in order to find a lasting solution to the problem.

According to spokesman of the school, while speaking to Fox News stated that the questionnaire had been amended for the younger children, saying, the questions were “age appropriate”. And that the aspect which talks about s3xual fondling has been rewritten as: “Has an adult or teenager touched where your swimming suit covers and made you uncomfortable?”

Though, they admitted that some of the older students received the un-amended adult version and apologised that the “anonymous assessment … caused anyone any anxiety”.

They added: “It is used to identify stress factors in a school or community.

"It is designed to help us understand the challenges the children are dealing with and find resources that will empower the parents and children to be successful."
